This is Latin and means "Praise Be To God". It is inscribed on the East Face of the pyramid atop the Washington Monument.
I chose this picture because of it's three elements: the monument praising God, the flag representing religious freedom (though it may be getting dim) and the sky representing our Heavenly Father.

I couldn't recall if I answered your question... I use Flickr to add my signiture to my photos. However, it can, also, be done in Windows paintbrush. ;o)
